How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and, if you request one, to prepare and deliver a free Risk Snapshot of your website.
• To follow up on that request (up to three times), unless you ask us not to.
• To operate and secure this website.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to operate this site (website hosting, form handling, and email). They process your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless a client relationship requires a longer retention period stated in a contract.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the form on our homepage and we will respond within 30 days.
